Meet the staff of Living Hope!
Living Hope has a Head Pastor and an Associate Pastor. The church is led by our Elders with the help of the Board of Administration.
The church is in great hands!
Living Hope is also run by its members. We pay a few of them, but most are Volunteers - Elders, Deacons, and People Using Their God-Given Gifts.
Our Pastoral Team
At Living Hope, our pastoral team is comprised of a head pastor and an associate pastor. Meet Jason Pankau, our head pastor,
and Lisa Madison, our Associate Pastor.
Jason Pankau serves as the Head Pastor here at Living Hope. Jason is our newest addition to staff, joining us in early 2024. He and his wife are excited to be moving back to Connecticut after serving in ministry in the inner-city of Chicago.
Lisa Madison has been on staff since 2008. Lisa has served in various roles including youth and administration. She now leads everything involving young families, young adults, and outreach to the community

Elders
Elders are prominent in the New Testament as on-going leaders of local churches. Together with our Pastors, the Elders listen for God's leading, chart the course, and set the priorities for the church accordingly.
