Here, Near, and Far

At Living Hope, our service extends far beyond just the community closest to us. We strive to bring the mission and good news of Jesus Christ to communities here, near, and far.

While we dedicate much time and energy to the mission of this Church community, our outreach also includes service in the Greater NYC area, Non-Profit organizations across Connecticut, and fundraising and sending a group down to Younglife Camp in Jinotega, Nicaragua to serve their youth outreach ministry.

House of Mercy - Rev. Dr. Jeffrey D. Hutchinson - or Jeff, as he would much rather be called, was called by Living Hope as Assistant Pastor for Church Planting in 2022, planting House of Mercy in New Haven, CT. Jeff would love to connect about the new church plant in New Haven so feel free to reach out any time!

Community Partners
Pivot Ministries is a nonprofit organization located in Bridgeport and Norwalk with more than four decades of successful experience assisting men challenged by alcohol and substance abuse through spiritual guidance.
Younglife of Greenwich is the local chapter of a global Christian mission organization devoted to placing caring adults in the lives of teenagers in order to share the truth of God's love with them.
Hopeline Pregnancy Resource Center has a mission of reaching women in unplanned pregnancies and offering them words of hope for their future. Hopeline offers a 24-hour hotline, free pregnancy tests, options counseling, baby clothes, and resources for moms in need including ultrasounds in Danbury, Bridgeport, and Stamford.
YoungLives (a ministry of Young Life), reaches teen moms by entering their world, modeling the unconditional love of Christ, and encouraging them to become the women and mothers God created them to be.
Call-A-Ride Greenwich is an independent, non-profit volunteer organization that provides free door-to-door transportation for Greenwich's ambulatory senior citizens over age 60 who lack other means of transportation.
Greenwich Center for Hope & Renewal is a faith-based renewal and counseling center, whose mission is to bring light to the soul through counseling, interventions, renewal groups, and renewal seminars.
Greenwich Chaplaincy Services provides pastoral and spiritual care to Protestant, Catholic, and Jewish residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and Greenwich Adult Day Care in the town of Greenwich, as well as to the residents’ families and the staff of the facilities.

FAR

We believe that it is our duty to spread the love and message of Jesus Christ as far as He calls us to. Some of our far reaching kingdom work includes Black Mountain, North Carolina for PRMI's Upward Challenge camp every summer, sponsoring children and supporting missionary work in Nigeria and Haiti, and disaster relief through World Renew.

One of Living Hope's primary outreach missions that falls under 'far' (though it is close to our hearts!) is our annual trip to Vida Joven (Young Life) in the mountains of Nicaragua. After 10+ years of working and connecting with the Younglife staff both at camp and in cities like Jinotega, Managua, and Matagalpa, we have built lasting relationships and created a cherished community that works together to bring the knowledge and love of Christ to children who may never hear about this gift otherwise.
