Holy Week

Lent is a 40-day period of fasting, prayer, and almsgiving observed by many Christian churches. It begins on Ash Wednesday and ends on Holy Thursday. Lent is a time of preparation for Easter, when Christians celebrate the resurrection of Jesus.

Holy Week Events

April 18

7am - 6pm

The sanctuary will be open to all on Friday, April 18 from 7AM - 5 PM for remembrance, meditation, and contemplation with music of the various Stations of the Cross. A formal service will begin at 6:30 PM.

The Good Friday Service will begin at 6:30 PM.

Journey to Easter: A Children's Passport to Adventure

Saturday April 19 from 10AM-Noon

Event Description:

Join us for an exciting “Journey to Easter” event, where children embark on an interactive adventure to explore the Easter story! Each child will receive a special Easter Passport to guide them through different stations, each representing a key moment of the Easter journey.

At each station, children will participate in engaging activities, crafts, and storytelling, collecting passport stamps along the way. From Palm Sunday to the Resurrection, they will experience the meaning of Easter in a fun and memorable way.
